Hey members, get ready for a night of baseball, good food, and great company!
Cheer on the Augusta GreenJackets as they take the field! Gates open at 6:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to find a seat and get settled before the game. We're kicking off the night with an epic buffet dinner from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Get your fill of classic ballpark favorites like juicy burgers, hot dogs, and savory pulled pork. We'll also have all the fixings: baked beans, crispy chips, creamy coleslaw, and sweet watermelon. And for dessert, grab a few cookies!
First pitch is at 7:05 PM! Thirsty? We've got you covered with ice-cold water, soda, and sweet tea. And if you're looking for something a little stronger, you can head to the concession stands to buy beer and cocktails.
Ticket Information
Ready to get in on the action? AAOR members can reserve up to four tickets for free! That's a value of $40 per person, which totals $160 for a party of four!
Want to bring more friends and family? You can purchase additional tickets for just $15 each.
Please Note: Space is limited! To ensure everyone has a chance to attend, members who reserve tickets and do not show up will be subject to a no-show fee per ticket unless they cancel 24 hours in advance
Important Stadium Information
Parking: Parking is available at the Stadium Deck and Crowne Plaza Hotel Deck for $6 per car. Please note that these are cashless facilities.
Payment at the Stadium: SRP Park is a cashless facility. Be prepared to pay for concessions and merchandise with a credit card or Apple Pay. If you only have cash, you can convert it to a gift card at the Guest Services tent or the Hive Pro Shop.
Bag Policy: To ensure a smooth entry, please remember that bags must be clear! Small bags no larger than 4” x 6” and diaper bags are an exception.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Want to make an even bigger impact? We have several sponsorship opportunities available:
Gold - $950 members or $1,000 nonmembers: This exclusive level is limited to one per business type (e.g., mortgage, pest control, attorney). It includes your name, logo, and a link to your website on all marketing materials. You'll also receive two tickets to the event and the opportunity to set up a display table.
Silver - $450 or $500 nonmembers: Includes your name and logo on all marketing materials, plus two tickets to the event. You can also set up a display table if space allows.
Bronze - $300 or $350 nonmembers: Your name will be featured on all marketing materials, and you'll receive two tickets to the event.
