Description
Real Estate licensees have always been responsible for faithfully representing the condition of a property without concealing any known defects. In medicine, pain is a symptom of illness or injury. In a house, sloping floors, cracked interior walls, cracked brick mortar, and foundations are visible symptoms of structural distress that point to possible defects or safety hazards.
