Join the Aiken Association of REALTORS® for a high-stakes look at the candidates vying for the SC House District 86 primary election. This is your opportunity to hear directly from the individuals who want to represent us in Columbia.

Event Schedule

• 11:30 am: Networking & Served Lunch
• 12:00 pm: The Candidate Platform Segment
  • Each candidate will have 8 minutes to present their platform, priorities, and vision for District 86.
  • Members will observe this segment to gain firsthand insight into the candidates' positions on housing, property rights, and the local economy.
• approx 12:45 pm: Member Adjournment
• approx 1:00 pm: Committee Screening (Closed Session)
  • The Legislative and RPAC Committee will reconvene for private, in-depth screening questions and a vote on potential RPAC contributions.

Important Attendance Guidelines

To ensure a professional and fair environment for all candidates, please note the following:

• Observation Only: The luncheon segment is for observation only. Members are invited to listen to the 8-minute presentations but may not ask questions or offer comments during the forum.
• Departure: Following the candidate presentations, all non-committee members will be asked to depart to allow the Legislative and RPAC Committee to begin the formal, private screening and voting process.
• RSVP Required: Space is limited for this catered event. Please confirm your attendance no later than April 16, 2026.
