Ginger Hudock is a licensed agent in her third year with the Carole Beckum Team. She has lived in the Aiken area since 1984. Her eclectic background includes degrees in vocal performance, finance and nutrition. She was Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance at USC Aiken for 25 years before taking early retirement. As an empty-nester herself and a Senior Real Estate Specialist,  Ginger especially enjoys working with clients who are planning to downsize for the second half of life.
