Shayne is a true Carolina Girl.  She was born in rural Clinton, South Carolina and grew up in Laurens.  Surrounded by 75 acres of cattle, that was a fun upbringing.  Being raised in the country gives you a different outlook.  After meeting her soulmate, she moved to WNC and has traveled the roads back and forth for the last 25 years.  Her knowledge of WNC and Upstate SC makes her a true local no matter the area.  She likes to proclaim she resides in both states, and does her best to spend as much time on Lake Greenwood as possible. When looking for someone to help with your precious labor of love for generations, she is genuine with a servant’s heart and will get her boots dirty or whatever it takes to make a smooth transaction.
