June E. Petrin

About

Originally from New England, June had a love for horses since she was a child.  “Every year, my dad would take me riding for my birthday, and when I turned 16, I got my first horse.  I spent my teen years showing at local pleasure shows, but my real passion was competitive trail riding.”

June went to college in upstate NY, graduating with an Associate Degree in animal science, majoring in equine farm management.   She moved to NH in 1999 as a single mom looking for a better life for her daughters. While it was a daunting task to buy her first home, she found an experienced agent to guide her through the process and purchased a small 3-acre property, put up some fencing, a 2-stall shed-row barn, and finally had the small farm she had wanted since she was a kid.  Four years later, she sold her small farm, purchased a 30-acre horse property, and turned it into a boarding facility. While that was almost 17 years ago, June will never forget how above and beyond that agent went for her.

As a Realtor herself since 2005, she is just as passionate when it comes to helping her buyers and sellers make their dreams come true.   Whether you are relocating, looking to build that new home, desire a large equine property or backyard barn, love antique homes, or that perfect neighborhood setting, you can always count on June to go the extra mile.

Over her career, June’s awards include New Agent of the Year, Quality Service Award, Top Producer Award, NH Magazine 5 Star Rated Agent.  She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative.

June has recently relocated to SC and resides in Edgefield with her husband Bob, and their Lab, Ella.  She still enjoys trail riding and quiet time with her 16 yr old QH, Chip. Other interests are spending time with their granddaughters, hiking, and bike riding.
