Tim is happily married with two children and has lived in Lexington since 2012. Tim grew up in Western North Carolina and is a proud, retired Navy Veteran, having given 22 years of service. His service included being stationed on two submarines and four years as SC Naval Engineer Officer Recruiter before entering the real estate profession. As a son of a builder, he has always had an interest in real estate, paving the way for this career path after retirement. Tim is outgoing and loves the outdoors. Dedication, determination, and a great sense of loyalty are Tim’s strong suits.
