Professional Standards Committee

Statewide Committee- members serve on hearing panels to resolve complaints of alleged ethical misconduct; serves on arbitration panels to hear complaints regarding monetary disputes; and reviews and updates for recommendation to the Board of Directors the Rules of Procedure and Guidelines of the PSAC to conform to NAR policies and the Code of Ethics.
