Welcome to the Aiken Association of REALTORS®! Please complete the selections below to ensure your account is set up correctly.

To avoid delays in your application, you must check the following boxes in the "Select Your Option(s)" section below:

  • Primary REALTOR® – Your annual membership.
  • MLS Subscriber – Check this if you need access to the Aiken MLS.
  • eKEY Basic – Check this if you need to open lockboxes with your phone.

Note on Payments:

  • Approval: Your payment will only be processed after staff review.
  • Estimates: The total shown at checkout is an estimate and may be adjusted before processing.
  • Schedule: Membership is annual (Jan), MLS is quarterly, and eKEY is annual (July).

Increase your online presence and connect directly with potential clients by becoming a Featured Agent on our website. This program is a simple and cost-effective way to enhance your visibility and showcase your brand to visitors browsing our site.

As a Featured Agent, your professional profile will be randomly displayed in the "Featured Agent" section on our website. Each feature includes:

  • Your Headshot
  • Your Full Name + Phone Number
  • Your Brokerage Logo + Phone number
  • A direct link to your personal website

The cost for this opportunity is just $20 per quarter. For your convenience, this fee will be billed along with your monthly MLS fees after your initial invoice.
