Tabatha was born in Pekin, IL, but her parents quickly corrected that mistake so she could be raised in beautiful Aiken, SC. She has been in "real estate support" for over 18 years and loves her REALTOR® Family. Her favorite things about Aiken are the vibrant downtown, nature preserves, and pet-friendly businesses. When Tabatha is not at work, you can catch her watching reality TV, cross-stitching, and hanging out with her two furbabies and husband!

I grew up in Aiken but moved away after college for 27 years. Coming back to Aiken has given me a unique perspective; I see the Aiken from my childhood, but I see how hard the city has worked to grow while maintaining it's small town charm. I don't have to sell people on Aiken. Aiken sells itself. I just have to sell the house!

My success in growing my own property management business from one home to Four and expertly managing over 100 short-term rental contracts this year with consistent 5-star ratings, demonstrates my hands-on understanding of the real estate market from an investment perspective, as well as my dedication to maximizing property value and ensuring client satisfaction. These experiences highlight my proven ability to manage valuable assets responsibly and effectively, much like the way I managed the Army's Elite AH-64 Apache Charlie Company 1-101 while in the Army, earning the trust of those who rely on me.
