Tabatha was born in Pekin, IL, but her parents quickly corrected that mistake so she could be raised in beautiful Aiken, SC. She has been in "real estate support" for over 18 years and loves her REALTOR® Family. Her favorite things about Aiken are the vibrant downtown, nature preserves, and pet-friendly businesses. When Tabatha is not at work, you can catch her watching reality TV, cross-stitching, and hanging out with her two furbabies and husband!

Ginger Hudock is a licensed agent in her third year with the Carole Beckum Team. She has lived in the Aiken area since 1984. Her eclectic background includes degrees in vocal performance, finance and nutrition. She was Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance at USC Aiken for 25 years before taking early retirement. As an empty-nester herself and a Senior Real Estate Specialist,  Ginger especially enjoys working with clients who are planning to downsize for the second half of life.

I get so much enjoyment from one spectrum of the market to the next: from helping first-time buyers secure a home, to assisting vets and spouses of vets to take advantage of their home purchase benefits, to helping seniors downsize into more manageable homes or relocate in or out of SC and GA. I can handle the whole spectrum with ease and patience. One of my first clients 16 years ago has since referred sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, friends, business associates.....15 different transactions later, through births, spiritual transitions, graduations, marriages, I'm still getting referrals from this family. That defines my business ethics and it didn’t start there. I worked for over 14 years with the Postal Service in various positions handling training, budget, contracts management, and administrative supervisory positions. Co-workers that have retired continue to use me for knowledge to assist others with their real estate needs, and by sending potential home buyers and sellers to me as their preferred Realtor. During my career I have assisted buyers and sellers from a wide spectrum of occupations, such as: former appraisers, insurance representatives, military personnel, doctors, nurses, teachers, new home construction builders, and many state, federal, and retired individuals. And it doesn’t end there. I can assist you with the same amount of care and expertise. Always teaching. Always sharing with compassion and understanding.
