Secondary REALTOR® BIC Membership Application

Instructions

Thank you for your interest in joining Aiken Association of REALTORS®! Please fill out the information below to apply for SECONDARY REALTOR® membership. If you have any questions or are not sure which membership to choose, please call 803-648-1891 or email mls@aikenrealtors.org.

Before submitting your application, you will be prompted to enter payment information. Your payment will be processed upon AAOR Staff review of your application.

Membership dues are paid annually in January; MLS Fees are paid quarterly (with the option to pay semiannually or annually), and eKEY is paid annually in July.

Before proceeding, please make sure you have checked the box for REALTOR Membership and MLS Access.

Check the box for EITHER eKEY Basic or eKEY Pro if you need an eKEY to access lockboxes.

Secondary BIC + SCR $240 Annually + $600.00 One-Time Fee

Secondary BIC Membership + SCR means you are a Broker-in-Charge already paying your National Dues through another REALTOR® association and you need to pay Aiken Association of REALTORS and SC Association of REALTORS Dues through AAOR. A Letter of Good Standing is required from your primary association/board.

If you already pay SC Association of REALTORS Dues through another association or do not wish to join SCR*, please chose Secondary no SCR.

*SCR Membership is required to obtain standard SC Real Estate Forms.

Secondary BIC no SCR $100 Annually + $575.00 One-Time Fee

Secondary BIC - No SCR means you are a Broker-in-Charge already paying your National through another REALTOR® association and you either do not wish to join SC Association of REALTORS* (SCR) at this time OR you already pay SCR dues through another association.

*SCR Membership is required to obtain SC Standard Real Estate Forms.

MLS Subscriber - Member $120 Quarterly

eKEY Basic $192 Annually

eKEY is a smartphone app used to open lockboxes. This is the basic level of service.

eKEY Professional $276 Annually

eKEY is a smartphone app used to open lockboxes. eKEY Professional adds MLS searches, maps, and Supra Home Tour to keybox functions
