Instructions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Aiken Association of REALTORS®! Please fill out the information below to apply for PRIMARY REALTOR® membership. If you have any questions please call 803-648-1891 or email mls@aikenrealtors.org.

If you are an Associate or Broker (not BIC) joining our association, and you are not an active member of any association of REALTORS®, please select Primary REALTOR® below. Please also select MLS Subscription - Member and eKEY if applicable. 

Before submitting your application, you will be prompted to enter payment information. Your payment will be processed upon AAOR Staff review of your application. Please note that the amount shown on the final screen is an estimate and may be adjusted before processing your payment.

Membership dues are paid annually in January. MLS Fees are paid quarterly. eKEY is paid annually in July.

Before proceeding, please make sure you have checked the box for  REALTOR Membership and MLS Access, and eKEY (eKEY is optional).

Featured Agent Starting at $20 Quarterly

Increase your online presence and connect directly with potential clients by becoming a Featured Agent on our website. This program is a simple and cost-effective way to enhance your visibility and showcase your brand to visitors browsing our site.

As a Featured Agent, your professional profile will be randomly displayed in the "Featured Agent" section on our website. Each feature includes:

Your Headshot
Your Full Name + Phone Number
Your Brokerage Logo + Phone number
A direct link to your personal website

The cost for this opportunity is just $20 per quarter. For your convenience, this fee will be billed along with your monthly MLS fees after your initial invoice.

Primary REALTOR $476 Annually + $130.00 One-Time Fee

IMPORTANT: 2026 Annual Dues ($496) will be added to your new member invoice.

eKEY Basic $192 Annually

eKEY is a smartphone app used to open lockboxes. This is the basic level of service.

MLS Subscriber - Member $115 Quarterly
