Description
This is the first 30-hour course of 60 hours to obtain your real estate Broker License. Unit III-B is scheduled for November 18-21, 2024. You must complete both classes to sit for the Broker Exam.
Unit III-A consists of practical subjects in planning, starting, and managing a real estate company. Unit III-B (Broker's Exam) covers the fundamental body of knowledge on which the Broker's Exam is based.
Cost is $400 per class
